Short personality: Diplomatic, and very thoughtful boy! Wants to be taken seriously!
Distinguishing features: TAN SKIN (being of Italian descent), a heart patch somewhere on his clothes.;; travels skies under guise of a blackbird.

- ISTJ
- Cicero travels the skies as an Italian merlo (blackbirds to us English-speaking folk.) In Italy, merli [plural of merlo] are symbolic of fools/gullible folks. As such, Cicero feels obligated to come off as smart and respectable-- especially since his parents and all other Birds of his Clutch COMPLETELY live up to the stereotype.
- Generally, Cicero is very diplomatic and tactful when speaking, always thinking before acting. He is mature and down-to-earth, albeit his tendency to overlook his own age/limitations. When faced with truly impossible problems, however, he DOES lapse into bouts of frustration! HURUMPH!
- He's very much a perfectionist, while striving to keep things harmonious with his friends/family/whatever group he is in. He doesn't go for leadership positions! HE GOES FOR the peace-making one!
- He feels rather uncomfortable going against what has already been established/the rules... But, when things get tough, his loyalties are first and foremost to his friends and family!
- For his age, he is a brilliant Bird-- flying as deftly as veterans three times his age! With a Bone Hollower, of course.
